How do I make a reservation?

You can book through our booking page, call one of our representatives to assist you or send us an email at info@adessophotobooth.com.

What is included with your photo booth?

The Photo Booth rental includes the following:

a) The fully automated photo booth
b) An host to ensure the quality of the service and the experience
c) A white, grey, black, gold or silver backdrop
d) A personalised printing template (4 x 6 inches)
e) Unlimited prints during your event
f) Our web station
g) A wide assortment of creative accessories
h) An online photo gallery

How long does it take you to set up the photo booth?

The photo booth and props display takes approximately thirty (30) minutes to set-up.

WHAT ARE THE SET-UP REQUIREMENTS?

You must ensure to provide the following:

a) Access to event’s location at least 45 minutes before it starts
b) A plug 110 V | 15 AMP on an isolated circuit
c) Wi fi connexion

What kind of backdrop do you offer?

We offer a variety of backdrop colors such as white, grey, black, gold or silver.
However, we do provide custom backdrops; these take a little more time to obtain and can cost a little more.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY PHOTOS CAN BE TAKEN AT AN EVENT?

No, there is no limit of how many photos can be taken at the event.

WILL THERE BE AN OPERATOR ON SITE?

Yes, a member of our team will be there at all times to assist your guests and ensure the quality of the service.

DO YOU HAVE PROPS FOR GUESTS WHILE TAKING PICTURES?

Yes. Our services always include a wide assortment of creative accessories to brighten your pictures and create a fun experience. Also, if you have a specific theme, we can work together to ensure that we have the appropriate props for your event.

CAN WE PERSONALIZE OUR PRINTING TEMPLATE?

Absolutely! Our services always include the possibility of personalizing your prints.

We can place names, company logos and event dates at the top and bottom of each print. All you need to do is to provide your text, colour theme, logo, etc. and we will create a custom header and footer for you. Please see samples below.

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE PHOTO BOOTH?

Dimensions: 5′ in Height / 1.5′ Wide / and 1.5′ Depth

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT INTO THE BOOTH?

Our open concept Photo Booth can easily fit upwards of 12-15 people.

DO YOU CHARGE TRAVEL FEES?

No. we do not charge travel fees within Quebec or Ontario. However, travel fees may apply for anything outside those areas.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR IDLE HOURS?

Idle hours are deemed as any hours during, before or after the event where a booth is required but will not be in operation.
An extra 50$ will be charged for every idle hour.

MY EVENT IS ON THE SECOND FLOOR AND THERE ARE STAIRS, WILL THAT BE A PROBLEM?

No, it is not a problem. We are equipped to transport the Photo Booth or the Hashtag Station through any standard door, hallway or stairs.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE AN OUTDOOR EVENT?

If you specify it prior to the event date, Adesso Photo Booth can accommodate any kind of outdoor event.

CAN WE GET COPIES OF THE PHOTOS AFTER THE EVENT?

Yes. All photos taken during the event are saved and uploaded to an online gallery where you can access them at your convenience.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE PHOTOS TO BE POSTED ONLINE?

All photos are uploaded within 48 hours after your event.

IN WHAT WAYS CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY PHOTO BOOTH EXPERIENCE?

There are many ways to customize your photo booth experience! Once you book with Adesso Photo Booth, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with our experienced graphic designer to create prints to match your theme or style.

There are numerous possibilities on how you can customize your Photo Booth experience, ask us.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FEES FOR SET UP AND TEAR DOWN?

No.

HOW GOOD IS THE QUALITY OF THE PHOTOS?

We use use some of the best photography equipment in the world to make sure that every picture delivers outstanding image quality and vibrant colours.

DO YOU CHARGE THE GUESTS TO HAVE THEIR PHOTOS TAKEN?

We do not charge the guests to have their photos take; however, if you, as the client, may decide otherwise.

DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We provide services internationally. However, we advise our international customers to email us first and communicate with us on the specific services they want in order to properly monitor the order. Indeed, most international orders require more attention than our Canadian customers simply because of the shipping process.
